He's my daddy! I really owe my life to him. Because of him, we are studying, having our needs and wants, sheltered and loved.
He's the best dad. Yes, he is.
My mom once told me that daddy is very a hardworking man. He carries his heavy bag and search for a client for the company where he is working. I felt the hardships. I know it's hard to carry a heavy bag and go eveywhere without a car! He goes up the building, then goes down; enter a building, then go out.
(that's my father and i'm the one standing beside him. my younger sister on the stroller. i'm so cute!)
Daddy always tells about his childhood, how our grandparents nourish them, their life before, and even his and mom's love story! <3
He said these words many times...
My dad is a man of few words. When he speak, every word is full of meanings and you'll never forget them.
I know he loves us very much. He loves our mother sooooo much!
He's a strong person.
I love you, daddy!

You know what's the reason why Lucy Grace Nava-Astilla is my first person blogged in here?
Because she is my beloved mother. My only one mom.
Here she is. :)
The person I love so much. The person who took care of me in her womb for nine months. The person who accepted her lifetime responsibility as a mother for me, for my younger sisters. The person who brought me here in this world. The person who never used to tell her advice, warnings and concerns. The person who think first of her daughters everytime she have something to share. The person I know who loves us, her daughters, so much...no matter how naughty we are, how bad we are, how deaf we are when she's asking a favor.
( me and mommy! :) )
I really love my mom. I know, sometimes, i don't have the courage to show my love for her. But, everytime i have a chance, i show it and i tell it. I'm not a showy person. Everyday, I love my mother. When she cries because of our naughtiness, my heart also cries and get broken. It hurts me a lot. I just hug her to comfort her because I have a mistake.
She really loves my daddy. I see it. I feel it. I know it. She's the only person when dad's feels down. She is the "water" when dad becomes the "fire". She helps daddy to budget the money in the house. She's the best accountant. :) She is the most industrious people I know, same as my father. She do the household chores when we're busy at school works. Because of that, i get shy to her sometimes. I feel like I'm useless. But she said. as long we do good in school, it's fine with her.

She's the one who introduced me to the world of music. Oh! She's a good singer. She told us that she won contest in her hometown, Bacolod. Even here in Cavite, she won contests. But after some contests, she never join again. But she still loves singing. We even have karaoke in our home. We sing sometimes even thought there's no occasion.
Going back to what I'm talking about...She made me study piano lessons when I was 7 years old. I don't know why she wanted me to. As a child, I just go and obey what my mother said. Now I realized the main reason why she made me study piano. She wanted me to serve God in this other way. Not being boastful, I'm now the pianist of the church in Imus 1st Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I'm very grateful of she have done for me. I know she love God so much.
(me and my mom blowing candles of my 2nd birthday! ^^)
My mom is a very very good housekeeper. She loves our home. There's no single day without a "sermon" for us about not cleaning too well in the house. Sometimes it sounds irritating. Sometimes it makes me mad. Sometimes I just take it for granted. Sometimes I obey it. But I know that her words are all for us, her daughters. It is for our own good. It is for our learning. It is for our personal progression. I really appreciate her words thought sometimes it contradicts my own perception. Mom knows best! Just obey her.
I love you so much, mommy! I know we'll be together 'till eternity with daddy, babis, yanyan and our pet, bimbim. Thank you for every every thing! You're the best mom for me. You're my one and only mother. I can't imagine my life without you. I love you so much. :*
